This page explains what data we receive through the forms on this site, why we need it and what happens to it.
What we collect
- The name you give us in the form.
- A contact for our reply: phone number, messenger username or email.
- Your request details: type of property or vehicle, dates, period, budget, area, preferences and comments.
- Technical data: the page the request was sent from, and campaign tags if you arrived through an ad.
Why we need it
The only purpose is to answer your request and find a suitable rental. We do not use this data for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
Requests reach us via Telegram and email. We pass part of the information to the property owner or rental shop to confirm a booking — only what the transaction requires.
We do not sell or pass your contacts to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence until the rental ends and for a year afterwards, in case of a dispute over a deposit. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion. Email the address on our contacts page and we will action it within 30 days.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses web analytics that collect anonymised visit statistics: pages, device, referral source. This data does not identify you personally.
